The Child Development Library consists of materials for children, children's books, and adult resource books. The library is free of charge for all county residents and is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. On your first visit you will need to fill out a registration form and show your driver's license. You will then be issued a library card.

some library resources     The library is a community resource available to educators, families, children and all members of the community! We are able to lend educational resources, family resources, educational toys, as well as a large selection of children's books. The library is a wonderful addition to the local libraries in our community, and we work collaboratively with these agencies to enhance literacy and learning opportunities for families. Programs that are part of our library also include a preschool story hour and a Mother/Daughter Book Club!

Our Resource Center is on a Roll!

This is a wonderful service that allows our Child Development Specialist to bring educational resources, professional support, and developmentally appropriate activities to early childhood educators and community organizations! This van is a wonderful "vehicle" for support, collaboration, and resources for all who live with, work with, and play with young children!

For more information on how to book this valuable resource please call 272-8866.
